Your email.
Your choice.
What the form collects.
When you join, XAUNI stores your email address, signup time, the consent wording and version you accepted, and the time of that consent. It also records that your request came from the website. We do not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth or payment details.
What joining means right now.
Your email is stored for XAUNI collection and release updates. No email-sending service is connected yet, so submitting the form does not send a confirmation message or a marketing email. An address is recorded as unverified until a separate confirmation process is introduced.
Who can access the list.
The list is held in the website’s private database. It is not displayed on a public page or exposed through a public list endpoint. The XAUNI site owner can retrieve records through authorized database access.
Keeping or removing your signup.
Records are retained while the waitlist is in use or until the site owner removes them. A public privacy contact address has not been supplied yet. It must be added so the XAUNI team can receive removal requests before this waitlist is publicly promoted.
The application does not write your email to browser storage. It uses short-lived connection information in memory for basic spam prevention; it does not save IP addresses in the signup table. This notice covers the XAUNI form, not the hosting platform’s separate operation or policies.
